Network Marketing involves inviting people to join your business. Not everyone you ask will say yes. The majority will say no and may even add some uncomplimentary remarks about MLM.
Dealing with negatives is always difficult but, remember this. The words you speak are "would you like to join?". What you actually mean is "are you the kind of person I want on my team?"
If you were interviewing candidates for an ordinary job you would feel sympathy, naturally, for those you had to turn down but you would be more concerned with the one you selected for the job. Does he or she have the "right stuff"?
Not every one you meet is a prospect, nearly all are really suspects! When they say no, don't feel bad, he or she just didn't have the "right stuff". Be happy you avoided recruiting the wrong person and move on to the next.
